At Robb and Co we take a keen interest in each client's business and believe we offer a personal service which is unequalled.
Whatever your business, it is unique and has its own marketplace, needs, issues, requirements, future plans. Our aim is to provide the tax advice and accountancy service best suited to those requirements.
We see our role as much more than just helping each client to sort out the annual tax return. By keeping in regular contact, we gain a better understanding of each client's business and provide better value for money. |
Regular Communication

We publish a complimentary quarterly newsletter; for more information, see our latest newsletter, along with previous editions. A printed version is mailed to all our clients. This provides updates on changes to tax legislation which are likely to affect our clients, along with tips on how to maximise allowances etc.

We notify clients of other events, such at Budget announcements, as and
when they happen.

We contact all business clients about two months before their year end, suggesting prudent measures of year end planning, as there is often scope for useful activity, particularly in relation to saving tax.

Contact is made with individual clients if any matters arise which may affect them specifically.
By developing our relationship with each client, Robb and Co ensures that the level and frequency of communication is appropriate to their needs; we are as ‘hands on’ or as ‘hands off’ as you need us to be. |
